Desktop Management of your entire computing infrastructure. On each
server/pc managed, a small agent is installed which allows secure
communication between our management server and your computers.
Communication in all sessions is encrypted ensuring maximum security.
The system never sends passwords over the network and never stores them
in the database. Our technical support personnel can interact with your
users in real time to report, diagnose and resolve issues without ever
having to physically visit your location.
Patch Management
SecureWorkplace™ offers the ability to automate the entire patch
scan/ deploy process including scheduling, to keep your servers,
workstations and remote computers up-to-date with the latest security
patches and updates.
Automatic discovery of all missing patches and updates is accomplished
when each machine is scanned. Patches and updates can then be applied
pending our approval. Custom reports can incorporate the complete patch
history for each machine including missing patches and patches that have
been successfully applied.
Computer/Server Inventory and Audit
SecureWorkplace™ delivers accurate and up to date Audit and Discovery of
your entire computing infrastructure. Custom reports can contain a
complete and comprehensive software and hardware inventory of all
networked devices including servers, workstations and notebooks.
Network Monitoring and Alerts
SecureWorkplace™ provides real time Network and Computer Monitoring
giving us the ability to monitor your network and to stop or eliminate
problems before they occur. With SecureWorkplace™, we are instantly
notified when critical servers go down, a user alters their
configuration, disk space reaches a certain level, or a possible
security threat occurs. Alerting to critical Server Event Log events for
specific conditions allows immediate response to issues that affect
Server and network reliability.
Helpdesk and Trouble ticketing
SecureWorkplace™ includes a comprehensive integrated help desk and
trouble ticketing system. This enables us to track, respond and resolve
issues more quickly. All tickets are maintained in our database. A
custom reporting option allows all ticket history and information to be
easily obtained.
